Car wasn't shifting out of first gear, needed new transmission."-Taylor Esco 2022★★★★★"I took my 2020 Chevrolet express van to get the transmission looked at because I had 117973 miles on it and there is no dipstick to check the transmission fluid and it was not accelerating as it should have been. Come to find out you have to remove a screw type bolt on the pan itself to check the fluid level, which they tell you that in the owners manual, so needless to say, it was low on fluid and the transmission has damage to it.
The guys here quickly got the check engine light figured out and I needed a new alternator and mass air flow sensor which also plays into the transmission. The owner was great with explaining why I needed to replace the items I needed to replace and would have replaced the transmission if I could have, but I had to have it reinstalled until I can get the funds for it.
I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here when it needs service again.
