I appreciate you."-Morfyn 2024★★★★★"I took my 2020 Chevrolet express van to get the transmission looked at because I had 117973 miles on it and there is no dipstick to check the transmission fluid and it was not accelerating as it should have been. Come to find out you have to remove a screw type bolt on the pan itself to check the fluid level, which they tell you that in the owners manual, so needless to say, it was low on fluid and the transmission has damage to it.
The guys here quickly got the check engine light figured out and I needed a new alternator and mass air flow sensor which also plays into the transmission. The owner was great with explaining why I needed to replace the items I needed to replace and would have replaced the transmission if I could have, but I had to have it reinstalled until I can get the funds for it.
I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here when it needs service again.

★★★★★"I dropped my car off on the weekend with a broken oil pump control valve seized in my engine block. Mike answered right away at 8AM on Monday when I called to ask about getting on the schedule. He was able to get the car on the lift and immediately recognized and conveyed the severity of the issue. He was upfront about the substantial risk associated with the repair, which required tapping the threads in the engine block which was severely corroded. The aluminum block can crack when tapped, which would basically require an engine replacement. Most auto shops won’t even consider attempting the repair because of the risk. Mike got the old part out, flushed the engine and changed the oil to complete the repair. He was consistently immediately responsive, up front and honest. And most important - he was able to do clean up the near disaster because corrosion never sleeps.
